Our services

What care and support services do you provide?

We support people aged 16 and over across the UK with live-in care, domiciliary care, healthcare staffing, and emergency accommodation with supportive housing. Every package is built around the person we are supporting.

What is the difference between live-in care and domiciliary care?

Live-in care places a dedicated carer in your home, offering round-the-clock support and companionship. Domiciliary care brings a carer to you for scheduled visits, helping with personal care, meals, medication prompts and household tasks so you can stay independent at home.

Do you provide emergency accommodation and supportive housing?

Yes. We provide emergency accommodation with practical support for people who need somewhere safe at short notice, helping them move towards settled, independent living.

Getting started

How do I arrange care for myself or a loved one?

Call either of our offices, email us, or send an enquiry through this website. We will arrange a no-obligation conversation and care needs assessment, then prepare a care plan and a written quote for you to review.

How soon can care start?

It depends on the support needed and your preferred start date. Emergency placements can sometimes be arranged at short notice, while most care packages begin within a few days of the assessment.

Can my care change if my needs change?

Yes. Care plans are reviewed regularly with you and your family, so support can be increased, reduced or adjusted whenever your needs change.

Costs and funding

How much does care cost?

There is no one-size-fits-all rate. After the assessment we give you a clear written quote based on the type, level and frequency of support you need, and we talk you through your funding options at the same time.

What funding help is available?

Care can be funded privately, through your local authority after a care needs assessment, through NHS Continuing Healthcare, or through direct payments and personal budgets. We are glad to explain these routes and work alongside your council or health professionals.

Our carers and quality

Are your carers trained and checked?

Every carer is interviewed, reference checked and subject to an enhanced DBS check before they start, then supported through induction and ongoing training. Our office team supervises the care being delivered.

Are you regulated?

Yes. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and work to its standards for safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care.

Which areas do you cover?

Our offices are in Huddersfield and Bolton, and we support clients in the surrounding areas. Our healthcare staffing service works with health and social care providers nationwide.
